ShaliGrout® 73 is a high-strength, non-metallic, non-shrink grout designed for precision grouting and general construction applications. It can be mixed to a fluid, flowable, or plastic consistency requiring only the addition of clean water. It is formulated as a natural aggregate system with a shrinkage- compensating binder and is highly flowable without sacrificing strength or performance capabilities. It can also be used for anchoring a wide range of fixings. These include masts, anchor bolts and fence posts.

TAPECRETE Polymer adds to the potential use as well as enhances the properties of cement mortar making them excellent choice for use in new as well as renovation work. TAPECRETE is used for surface treatment, protecting, waterproofing and repairing concrete and masonry.

UNIQUE FEATURES:

Combines a tough, hard-wearing surface with waterproofing. Allows trapped vapours to escape thus preventing peeling and blister formation.

CURING
TAPECRETE System must be applied with temperature above 10°C and below 35°C. During the first 12 hours of curing, it must be protected from abrasion, rain and other adverse conditions.
No traffic shall be allowed on a TAPECRETE treated surface within 48 hours after application.After application of final coat of TAPECRETE, initial air drying shall be done for 2 – 6 hours.During this period no water is to be used for curing. In case of high temperature and lowhumidity combined with high wind condition, the coating shall be covered with polythen sheet to avoid rapid drying of the coating. After maximum period of 6 hours the finalapplication moist curing shall be done for the next 24 hours by way of spraying water on
TAPECRETE COATING. During this period at no point of time should the TAPECRETEcoating be left completely dry or submerged in water.Following moist curing, the TAPECRETE coating shall be allowed to air dry for 3 daysbefore submersion in water if required for use.

APPLICATION
Surface Preparation : 
Prior to application of TAPECRETE, surface must be prepared as mentioned below to avoid failure: 

• The surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign matters, loose materials or any deposits of contamination which could affect the bond between the surface and the TAPECRETE Coating.
• This can be done by scarifying, grinding, water blasting, sand blasting, acid washing or by any other approved method.
• New flat surface like sub-base concrete shall be made reasonably smooth so as not to impede the application of TAPECRETE Coating and to avoid sharp projections.
• All concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly pre-wetted for at least one hour prior to the application of TAPECRETE coating by pouring water on flat surface or by vigorously spraying water on vertical/inclined surfaces.
• When placing TAPECRETE Coating, water should be removed so that surface is only damp. In no case there should be standing water or a shiny wet surface.
• Depressions are filled and leveled using TAPECRETE fillers. For filler, the mixing ratio is 1 kg cement:1.5 by silica sand and 0.52 kg TAPECRETE. 

CICO NO.3 is high versatile free flowing colorless concrete additives in liquid form. It is used as quick setting cum rapid hardening admixture for concrete and plaster. This is also used as Antifreeze/deicing compound for plain concrete in sub zero climatic conditions. USES CICO NO.3 is used in underground basement, tunnels, emergency repair and stop huge ingress of water through structures, such as swimming pool, water treatment plant, reservoir etc. CICO No.3 is also used for execution of underground waterproofing work which restricts the water ingress for final waterproofing treatment.

CICO NO.1 is yellow coloured viscous liquid based on reactive additives and micro particles suspension with anti corrosive properties. This is used as an Integral Cement Waterproofing Compound for Cement Concrete and Mortar. USES CICO NO.1 is used in construction of concrete roofs, bathrooms, sunken areas, swimming pools, basements, retaining walls, exterior plasters, etc.

CICO NO.2 is an excellent time tested liquid admixture for emergency / immediate repair work. Normal Setting Liquid Integral Waterproofing Compound for Concrete/Mortar.  CICO SUPER is normal setting integral cement waterproofing compound for concrete and mortar/plaster with normal plasticizing property in liquid form. CICO SUPER is a blend of specialty active ingredients to make concrete waterproof when there is permeability through hydrostatic pressure or capillary absorption. CICO SUPER conforms to IS 2645-2003 and available with ISI standard Mark.     USES:- CICO SUPER is extensively used in RCC, Plain Cement Concrete and cement-sand mortar/ plaster intended for water tank, roof deck, ceiling, basement, retaining walls, exterior walls, lift pit or in a situation where hydro-insulation is a must. FEATURES:-  Is highly effective in reduction of permeability due to hydrostatic head pressure or capillary action or both.  Segregation and bleeding are substantially reduced due to increased cohesion.  Increases retention of slump and improves workability due to normal plasticising property.  Improves surface finish of concrete.  Very high quality indigenous polymer blend.     APPLICATION :- Determine the quantity of CICO SUPER and water depending upon cement-sand ratio for mortars or water-cement ratio for concrete. Add measured quantity of CICO SUPER to mixing/ gauging water and stir well for better dispersion. Then add this solution to the dry mortar or concrete and mix for 2-3 minutes.    Dosage - 100ml/50 kg cement As per declaration.

ShaliPrime® Zn R is a two component, cold cure, epoxy resin blend with zinc powder. Unlikeregular paints / epoxies, which resists corrosion by forming and impermeable barrier between themetal and atmospheric moisture, ShaliPrime® Zn R provides corrosion protection through tinyelectrical cathodic cells formed by interaction of zinc with steel surface. Of course, ShaliPrime® ZnR provides some impermeable barrier as well. ShaliPrime® Zn R is superior to paints / epoxies inproviding corrosion protection.

ShaliSeal EMS (formerly known as ShaliEMS 700) is a two component, semi-rigid epoxy for filling control and construction joints in industrial concrete floors. The mixed sealant is self-leveling and can be poured directly into horizontal joints to form a tough resilient seal This product supports the joint edges and reduces spalling of the edges caused by wheel traffic.
