DESCRIPTION:- Roof-Gardi (P) is a water based, single component, high performance Polyurethane based cold applied thixotropic waterproof coating. It provides excellent resistance to moisture, water and salt penetration in concrete and masonry surfaces. Roof-Gardi (P) confirms to ASTM C836 and C898.

APPLICATION:-  The surface to be coated should be free from any loose particles, dust, oil and laitance.  All visible cracks should be repaired by opening in ‘U’ groove and filled with repair mortar (Krystol Bari-Cote).  The primer coat using acrylic polymer mixed with cement in 1:2 ratio should be applied for best bonding and surface preparation or with Roof-Gardi (P) used as primer with dilution at 1:1 with water.  After 2-3 hours of primer coat, two coats of Roof-Gardi (P) with an interval of 6-8 hours between coats or after the first coat is touch dry to have a thickness of 1mm.  Roof-Gardi (P) should be self-cured for a minimum of 24 hours at ambient temperature.

DESCRIPTION :- Krystol Broadcast is a dry shake crystalline waterproofing treatment that transforms new flatwork concrete into a permanent waterproofing barrier. Krystol Broadcast is troweled in during the final finishing to become an integral part of the concrete that replaces the need for conventional membrane waterproofing systems. Krystol Broadcast features a unique fugitive dye to ensure uniform distribution and produces a smooth finish suitable for non-air entrained slabs. Krystol Broadcast contains Krystol technology. When applied to concrete, Krystol chemically reacts with water and un-hydrated cement particles to form needle-shaped crystals that fill capillary pores and micro-cracks in the concrete and permanently block the pathways for water and waterborne contaminants. Krystol Broadcast is a dry powder that is applied by spreading onto the concrete surface just before finishing begins at a coverage rate of 1 kg/m2 (0.2 lb./sq. ft.). Proper curing is essential to achieve the performance and benefits of Krystol Broadcast. Cure in accordance with ACI 308.1 guidelines.

DESCRIPTION- Krystol T1 is a surface applied crystalline slurry treatment that transforms new or existing concrete into a permanent waterproof barrier. Krystol T1 lowers the permeability of the concrete to protect against the ingress of water and waterborne chemicals. Since it becomes integral to the concrete, it can be applied to either the positive (wet) or negative (dry) side of the water pressure which allows reliable hydrostatic waterproofing protection and remediation for even the most difficult applications. Krystol T1 contains Krystol technology. When applied to concrete, Krystol chemically reacts with water and un-hydrated cement particles to form insoluble needle-shaped crystals that fill capillary pores and micro-cracks in the concrete and block the pathways for water and waterborne contaminants. Apply evenly to properly prepared concrete that is in a saturated-surface-dry (SSD) condition using a sprayer, brush or broom at a rate of 1.2 – 1.6 kg/m2 (2.2 – 3 lb/yd2 ). For additional coats, apply the second coat when Krystol T1 has set hard (6 to 24 hours depending on conditions). Protect from frost, rain, traffic and rapid drying for 24 hours. DESCRIPTION As part of the Krystol Leak Repair System, Krystol Plug is a rapid-setting hydraulic cement product that when mixed with water is used to stop flowing water and repair leaking cracks, holes and joints in concrete. Krystol Plug sets hard within 2 minutes and has high-compressive strength, which allows it to stop water even under high-hydrostatic pressure. Stopping water flow then allows permanent repair of the leak using Krystol technology. Krystol Plug is mixed with water and immediately, and firmly, pressed into a prepared chase to stop flowing water. After stopping the water, Krystol Repair Grout is used to introduce Krystol technology to the leak repair. When applied to concrete, Krystol chemically reacts with water and un-hydrated cement particles to form insoluble needle-shaped crystals that fill capillary pores and micro-cracks in the concrete and block the pathways for water and waterborne contaminants.  DESCRIPTION:- Roof-Gardi is a Thermosetting Plastic Elastomer (TPE), synthetic based waterproof membrane. Because of its excellent flexibility and thixotropic nature it is ideal for use on vertical as well as horizontal surfaces. An economical, easy to apply and pollution free water proof coating Roof-Gardi works best on terraces, terrace gardens podiums etc. This coating is provided in base white and can be pigmented to desired colour. FEATURES & BENEFITS:-   Increases life & durability of the structure  Provides seamless and joint free seal throughout the surface that is impervious to water  Lowers labour cost due to easy, simple and quick application  Excellent bonding to most building materials  UV resistant and can be used to protect sheet membranes  Provides protective membrane for polyurethane foam insulation  Provides anti-root resistance properties.   APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:-   Substrate Preparation Make sure the surface is free from oil, grease, loose particles, rust and contamination. For surface treated with asphalt or bitumen coatings cut away any blisters and peel-off tracs and fill them properly. Masonry joints must be flush jointed. In case of tiling roofs, terraces, balconies or sun shades, the joints between the tiles should be properly filled to avoid water penetration through the joints.  Substrate Temperature/ Ambient Temperature Should be +8 C° minimum and +35°C maximum.  Application For primer coat dilute Roof-Gardi with 25% water and apply with brush, spray or roller. Once dried, apply perpendicular to each other, two coats of Roof-Gardi diluted with 5% water. Allowing the first coat to completely dry before applying the second coat or make sure each coat is cured for 8 Hrs. at 300°C.
