Dr. Fixit Fast Flex is a high elastic, waterproofing cement based material. With special waterproofing properties, easy to use by plastering, applying by using a brush and roller or trowel. The concrete surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned andfree from laitance, dust, dried algae, loose material, oil,grease, etc. Old/repainted surfaces must be thoroughlycleaned by mechanical means such as wire brushingand/or by high pressure water jet cleaning.All surface cracks more than 2 mm and up to 5 mmwidth should be filled with Crack Filling Compound orReArm Crack Fill paste/powder as appropriate. TWO COMPONENT, HIGHLY FLEXIBLE CEMENTITIOUS COATING.    Description:- Dr. Fixit Fastflex Ultra is a two-component acrylic polymer modified cementitious product, consisting of Part A (liquid) and Part B (powder) which when yields a flexible waterproofing coating with excellent water resistance and crack-bridging capability                     Areas of Application:-Dr. Fixit Fastflex Ultra is recommended as a waterproofing membrane below concrete, mortar, tiles etc.Typical applications include:} Wet areas, Bathrooms and kitchens.} Flat and Pitched Roofs.} Terraces and balconies.} Swimming pools.} Water tanks, sumps and reservoirs.} For trafficable area application, it is advisable to protect the cured membrane of Dr. Fixit Fastflex Ultra bycovering with protective screed or tiles.                                         Features & Benefits:-} High polymer solids ensuring excellent barrier properties.} Enhanced Rheology: Enables roller application, leading to time saving with easy and faster application} Flexible: accommodates and bridges cracks up to 2 mm when subject to normal building movements includinghairline cracks.} Permeable to water vapours: Allows surface to breath and water vapour to escape from the substrate.} Resists both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure.} Excellent bond to concrete, masonry surfaces.} Nontoxic: Can be safely used as internal waterproofing of potable water tanks. Method of Application:- 1 SURFACE PREPARATION: } The surface of application must be thoroughly prepared by mechanical means, to remove all loose particles, laitance, etc.} Oil and grease, if any, must be de-greased with suitable solvents. It then must be washed off with jet of water and brought to touch dry state. } Any surface undulations, cracks and crevices must be duly filled or repaired with cement sand mortar mixed with latex polymers such as Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. } All vertical up-stands & junctions /corners are provided with 45° fillet with Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM), mixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP all around the periphery of the junction. Substrate must be in a "Saturated Surface Dry" (SSD) condition (damp, without standing water) prior to application.  2 MIXING:-} Using a slow speed mechanical mixer and a clean suitable mixing vessel, slowly add the powder component to the liquid polymer and stir until a smooth and homogenous slurry, is achieved.} Allow the mixed slurry to stand for 5 – 10 minutes before use.} Do not dilute with water.    3 APPLICATION :- } All the pipe inserts or sanitary fittings should have been fitted grouted with suitable products from the Dr. Fixitrange well before taking up the application. } The surface of application must be pre-wetted thoroughly with water & brought to a touch dry state. Take upthe first coat application with a stiff nylon brush/roller. Work well into the substrate, to ensure that all small undulations are completely filled with the coating.} Provide and lay 45 GSM glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet or use Dr. Fixit Corner Joint Tape and Pipe collars sandwiched between the 2 coats. } 6 to 8 hrs after completion of first coat, take up second coat application in a direction perpendicular to the first. } Complete the application and leave to air cure for 3-5 days. A moist hessian cloth can be kept over the coated surface to protect it from the effect of direct sunlight, in case of bathrooms and internal areas,

Dr. Fixit PU Foam Injection is based on MDI (Methylene Diphenyl iso cyanate) polyurethane pre- polymer& accelerator. The system only reacts when it comes in contact with water, producing a relatively stiff & inertpolyurathane foam. It is a 100% solid & solvent free polyurethane grout for quick temperrory closing & sealingof water bearing cracks, cavities and leaks under hydrostatic pressure. ShaliRustOff   Description:- ShaliRustOffÒ is chloride and sulphate free liquid rust remover. It effectively removes rust from steel surfaces. Preferably, ShaliRustOffÒ is applied before application of any protective coating.   Application:-• Steel structures / Tanks. • Water pipelines. • Shuttering plates. • Other steel surfaces.  Advantages:- • Simple, economical, cost effective and easy to apply. • Contains corrosive, being free from any chloride component. • Effective rust remover, even removes from areas difficult to reach. • Excellent for equipment and structural rust removal.   Application Methodology:- Ø Surface Preparation • Remove dust, flakes, or other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application. • Thoroughly dust down the surfaces. • Remove majority of rust scales from surface of rusting steel structure / reinforcement by wire brush, chipping or grinding. • Ensure that the substrate temperature is in the range of 5°C - 40°C. Ø Material Preparation • Stir ShaliRustOffÒ by a slow speed mixture fitted with a suitable mixing paddle to ensure a homogenous mix. • After stirring, wait for the product to settle in order to let entrapped air escape. Ø Application of Material:-  • Apply ShaliRustOffÒ on affected surface by using cotton waste swab or by brush. • Leave the surface coated with ShaliRustOffÒ for at least 15 to 30 minutes. • Rusty surface will change its colour to original blackish steel. • Then remove the loose rust particles by scrubbing or simple dusting with brush. • Still if any rust remains on surface of steel, apply second coat of ShaliRustOffÒ on bone dry first coat. • When applied over corroded reinforcement steel, wash the surface with clean water before taking up further works of repairs. • ShaliRustOffÒ is acidic in nature, when applied to clean rusted rebars. Ensure that traces of acid are removed completely with water jet before applying coatings or primers. • Do not apply ShaliRustOffÒ to clean rusted rebars in critical RCC structures.
