Product Description

ZycoSil+ is a reactive organosilane based water proofing agent that seals upto nano-pore level. It has an ability to penetrate upto 2 mm deep inside the substrate and becomes a permanent integral part of the structure. It reacts and converts the hydrophilic chemical groups of the substrate into hyrdrophobic groups. ZycoSil+ is water dilutable, safe, sprayable and easy to apply. ZycoSil+ is nonleachable, UV resistant, breathable and does not present peel-off issues unlike conventional polymer coatings.

It features the abilityto bridge cracks up to 1.5 mm. In combinationwith Zycosil Max, ElastoMax provides awaterproofing system that is a combination of apenetrative barrier with a seamless topcoatresulting in superior performance.

It is highly UV durable and has a service life of up to 10 years. It features the ability to bridge cracks up to 1.5 mm. In combination with Zycosil Max, ElastoMax provides a waterproofing system that is a combination of a penetrative barrier with a seamless topcoat resulting in superior performance.

• Clean the surface thoroughly. Remove dust, loose particles, oil & grease. Allow it to dry completely.
• Using a cutter, open up the cracks / gaps to form a V shaped groove. This will help proper application of Seal-it and ensure
• strong adhesion with the substrate.
• Clean the crack / gap groove thoroughly. Remove all loose particles.
• + For best results : Flood the cracks / gaps with Zycosil solution (1 part Zycosil+, 2 parts Zycoprime+ and 20 parts water). Let it
• dry for 6-8 hours. This ensures that the cracks / gaps are now internally waterproofed.
• Apply Seal-it with a spatula / hand, and push it hard in the cracks / gaps (upto 5 mm width) as deep as possible.
